Hospital General Manager (Various vacancies now available!)
We are currently recruiting for one of the top private health care
organisations seeking to fill General Manager positions within various
hospitals whereby the current HGM’s have been promoted to regional and head
Candidates are required to have prior experience within a similar role
and be able to take on the role without the need for training. Vacancies

related salary scale, including share options and various additional benefits.
Relevant Bachelors/MBA or related (NQF 7)
Proven EXCO and strategic management expertise
in the private hospital environment
Extensive private hospital exposure, with strong
knowledge of relevant legislations and operational needs
Strong interpersonal skills and relationship
building, specifically with Doctors and medical staff
